The wife and I were granted an opportunity to obtain a property and home that my wife had wanted since she was a young child. Every bank we went to for a VA loan told us we couldn't have more than 10 acres, we couldn't have a barn on the property, we couldn't finance the home period because it was a "farm" and not just a home. We were struggling to make this home ours for reasons we didn't understand why. It didn't feel like the banks were being honest about what the VA would cover. The process was not easy do to multiple complications that were out of our hands but they stuck through grinding out every detail. My personal favorite was the constant updates, we didn't go a single day wondering what was going on. They kept us in the loop at all times and even with the slightest change. We will definitely be using them again. Plus Matt offers a financial review after one year from your purchase date to see where you stand as well as financial advise for life if you need it.
